  2. Assessment & outline of project needs
  3. Calculate a ballpark estimate while anticipating problems and road blocks
  4. Require half the payment now and half after completion
  5. Go over needs and begin design process.
  6. Create mock-up in PSD
  7. Make edits where client sees fit
  8. After final design has been decided on create final stamped and signed images of the PSD mock-up
  9. Begin coding XHTML and convert PSD to code
  10. Implement CRM and/or CMS
  11. Make final tweaks
  12. Send invoice and get paid before the site goes live.
  13. Get a customer testimonial! And ask for referrals if possible.
